Exhibitor Agrees:

• To stay within their assigned space and not to conduct a raffle or drawing to attendees except as agreed in advance
• To not share booth space with any other business or service in any manner including display of business cards
• To provide prize(s) for drawing(s) in gift certificate form that is acceptable to ETA
• To keep all information, whole or in part, including the Attendee List, confidential
• To display and sell merchandise from their specific business only

Exhibitor Understands:

• All applications, accepted or denied, are done so at the sole discretion of ETA. This contract may not be cancelled and all payments are non-refundable.
• All monies due to Eastern Travel Association must be paid in full one month prior to show date.
• Exhibitor agrees to keep booth operational for the entire advertised show. Dates and times may change at the discretion of ETA.
• By signing this agreement, the exhibitor agrees to comply with any and all policies and conditions of ETA and of the facilities used for the showcase.

Eastern Travel Association Agrees:

• To promote the Tradeshows with newsletters to members, blast emails, blast faxes, trade press releases for a period of 3 months prior to the event. Exhibitor will receive a complete list of attendees of the shows barring Acts of God.
• To provide booth space at the Eastern Travel Association Tradeshow event.
